Sophie is an experienced litigator and has acted on a wide range of claims and court proceedings. Sophie has been with us from the start, joining Robertsons in 2011 while completing her LLB/BA. Since her admission to the bar in 2013, she has represented insureds from a number of industries in commercial, regulatory and disciplinary matters, with particular expertise in claims against accountants and solicitors.

Sophie has appeared in tribunals, the District Court, the High Court and the Court of Appeal both as sole and junior counsel. Sophie is adept at resolving disputes before they escalate and proceedings are filed and she regularly advises on complex policy coverage issues, predominantly in relation to general liability claims.
