She has more than 20 years’ experience in banking, insurance and commercial litigation in international law firms and boutique law firms in Auckland, London and New York. She also writes for the Private Equity Law Report covering issues relevant to general counsel and chief compliance officers of private funds.

Hena returned to Robertsons in 2023 and works in Robertsons’ liability and employment disputes claims management subsidiary.
